UPDATED April 26, 2013: Well, the closing is complete as of 2pm Central time today. We are officially no longer owners of 2 homes, and we no longer have a house in Billerica, MA.
It finally happened.... After 5.5 years, we have finally sold the MA house. We all miss it as it was the perfect house. Even today I still wish we could have picked it up and moved it here to Texas. It was everything we ever needed.
Thank you to Carol Woods from Woods Real Estate for being such a great realtor and always watching the market. She saw a gap in the market where there were no homes for same in our price range and she put our house on the market. We ended up getting 3 offers for the house!!! We finally accepted one offer and it turns out that the people who are buying the house grew up down the street from the house.
