On the evening of December 9, 2008, we were hit with the "worst" weather we have ever seen ......................... in the Austin area. It snowed. Jessica came running downstairs at about 10:30 pm screaming that it was snowing outside. If I didn't know her any better, I never would have known that she used to live in the Boston area and survived many MAJOR (actually MAJOR) snow storms and Nor'Easters in her life.
I went outside and took some pictures of the snow storm, you can see them below. I was also able to take some pictures the next morning with the snow "covering" the cars... The thing to know about this is that the next morning the snow was 99% gone The roads were totally dry, the grass had very little to no snow left on it. The houses had some snow on the roofs, but it was quickly gone.
